The gaming community is notoriously hostile to conversations about game difficulty, so I was pleasantly surprised when this video started a thoughtful conversation — and a lot of people were chiming in and saying, “hey, I do this too!”

It’s the story of how I let conversations I was reading online influence the way that I interacted with a game. It’s kind of scary to construct a video around my personal experience instead of, you know, research and expert interviews.
